By using Marketplace Flow, you agree to these Terms.1. Use of the ServiceMarketplace Flow is provided as a tool to help users work with vehicle listing information more efficiently. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for how you use the extension and for ensuring that your use complies with the policies, rules, and terms of any website or platform where you use it.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Marketplace Flow. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.3. LicenseSubject to these Terms and any active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Marketplace Flow for your own internal use. This license does not give you ownership of the software or any intellectual property rights in it.4. Accounts and AccessSome features may require an account, login, subscription, or other access approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being misused or used in violation of these Terms.5. Subscription and BillingMarketplace Flow may be offered on a paid subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.Payments, billing details, payment method updates, and certain subscription management functions may be handled by Stripe or other payment service providers. Stripe also provides a hosted customer billing portal that can be used to manage subscriptions and billing information when enabled.Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not want the next billing cycle to be charged. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise.6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or resell Marketplace Flow;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the extension except where prohibited by law from restricting that activity;
- use the service to violate another party’s rights or the rules of a third-party platform;
- use the service in a misleading, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful manner;
- attempt to bypass subscription, licensing, access, or usage controls.7. Third-Party ServicesMarketplace Flow may interact with third-party websites, browsers, platforms, or services. We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.8. Intellectual PropertyMarketplace Flow, including its software, branding, design, text, and related materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are granted to you.9. Service ChangesWe may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Marketplace Flow at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for changes to features, temporary downtime, or the removal of functionality.10. Disclaimer of WarrantiesMarketplace Flow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully compatible with every website, or suitable for every workflow.11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of Marketplace Flow.Our total liability for any claim relating to Marketplace Flow will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.12. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to Marketplace Flow at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or create risk for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.13. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and post the revised version here.
